BM ALUMINIUM CONTINUES TO INVEST

Jack Taylor is the latest college leaver to join BM Aluminium as a trainee software technician. He follows in the footsteps of established team members Dan Hodges, Ben Knight and Jack Antosch, who all originally joined as trainees and benefited from the company’s comprehensive workplace training programme.

The Business Micros group, which includes Business Micros and BM Aluminium, has recorded yet another record year, with turnover, customer numbers and employees all up on the year before.

For Managing Directors Graeme Bailey and Dean Hodges, it’s a case of the group working hard to keep pace with the industry it serves, and being prepared to constantly reinvest.

The continuing resurgence of aluminium is proving to be very good news for BM Aluminium, the exclusive UK supplier of Orgadata’s specialist LogiKal software solution.

The company, based in Tewkesbury, has seen a 13% increase in turnover this year and an 11% increase in customer numbers. To keep pace with that, it has increased staff numbers by 20% and moved into new, larger offices.

BM Aluminium is growing so fast that it has already outgrown its new premises in Tewkesbury, after just 15 months. The LogiKal specialist hasn’t had to move far though – it has simply relocated to the larger office next door.
