LogiKal® provides all of the important information on different printouts. The layout of all printouts can be customised by various setup possibilities. You can decide what information shall be displayed on the printouts and determine for instance whether whole jobs, phases or only selected positions shall be viewed. Combine positions of different jobs and summarise those on a single printout.

Depending on the printouts you are able to edit these either in the LogiKal®-embedded word processor or directly in Microsoft Word or Excel. Thanks to LogiKal®’s direct interface with Microsoft Office products switching manually from one program to another is automatic. The rtf-format is used to transfer to other word processors.

Estimation

Based on your inputs, your stated purchasing conditions and supplier price information saved in the database LogiKal® calculate the purchasing costs of your project. With the aid of the entered overhead expenses and labour costs the complete production costs are figured and presented clearly. The estimation considers supplier, material and country specific specialties like e.g. profile price calculation per length unit, per weight or per area, colour calculation per perimeter, per boundary box or per profile weight, glass price calculation per project or list prices, per area or graduated under consideration of price steps (e.g. 3-cm-steps) and mark ups, e.g. for transport. You determine whether whole profiles or single shells are estimated. Surcharges for wastage can either be defined by you or calculated automatically by LogiKal®.

All elements within a job are displayed at a glace on the position drawing. Information regarding the profile colour, profile system and glass can be shown on this printout.

Material Analysis

The actual material requirements are compared with the purchase order quantities of your job in a clearly arranged way. Thus it is possible to recognise the material purchasing prices instantly and to find the starting-point for profile optimisations quickly.

U Value Report

The U values which are calculated automatically during the input of an element are presented clearly and comprehensible in the U value report. Even for complex geometric constructions you receive correctly calculated U values.

Assembly List

The production documents are sorted by position and broken down into base elements and insertions. Additional parts and accessories can be optionally displayed or blanked out. The program shows curtain walls and their inserts on separate pages.

Installation Plan

Generate installation plans quickly and get position-related overviews showing all applied profiles, hardware items, accessories and glass panes.

Orders

Create orders for profiles, accessories, hardware items, door panels, gasket frames, coatings, glass panes and panels at the push of a button. The orders are broken down by supplier and consider pack quantities as well as different supplier-specific properties.

Create clearly arranged and variably sorted glass and panel estimations as well as glass and panel requests.

Glass Assignment Plan

Overview the installation locations of all glass panes applied in your positions.

Shaped Glass Drawing

Obtain dimensioned shaped glass drawings in addition to the glass lists. The dimensioning complies with the standards of glass suppliers.

Rebate Dimension Drawing

Generate rebate dimension drawings of special constructions for production control.

Bill of Quantities

Specifications for the award of subcontracts can be provided automatically as a text document.

Quotations, Order Confirmations, Delivery Notes, Invoices

Quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices etc. consist of position drawings, position descriptions, specifications of colours and additional items as well as unit prices and total amounts. Templates can be created by the LogiKal®-embedded word processor or in Microsoft Word and pasted into the designated printouts.
