Callum Williams is the newest recruit at BM Aluminium, joining the LogiKal software specialist’s proven training scheme for new support technicians.
With a background in retail and a raft of IT related qualifications, Callum has the ideal blend of customer service skills and technical knowledge required for the role.
He is being trained not just on the intricacies of LogiKal, but also in aluminium fabrication so that he has a good understanding of the real world application of the software. He is already routinely handling calls from customers and working on the most advanced areas of the software.
Callum’s appointment brings the number of people in the BM Aluminium support team to a record five, all part of its commitment to continually speeding up response and resolution times for customers.
