We do not proactively collect personal information considered as sensitive personal information such as health-related information.

We generally act as the data controller of your information; however, we engage with our software partners who also handle your information for licensing purposes. Information is shared with our software partners, so they can license your products. Primarily the data shared with them is regarding the company you work for, but as a contact for the account your information is also shared.
For continued use of our software and services, we are required to share your payment information with our 3rd party direct debit collection service.
BM Aluminium takes commercially-reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
